River City Brewing Co. is proud to support local organizations, schools, charities, and community events. We believe in giving back to the community that supports us, and are happy to consider donation requests throughout the year.

If you are seeking a donation for a fundraiser, raffle, auction, or community event, please complete the request form below. Our team reviews submissions regularly and will reach out if we’re able to participate.

Donation Guidelines

To help us fairly review requests, please note the following:

Requests must be submitted through the form below
Please allow at least 2–3 weeks for review
Donations are limited to qualified nonprofit organizations, schools, and community groups
Priority is given to local events and organizations
Submission of a request does not guarantee a donation
We are unable to fulfill every request due to volume

How do I request a donation?

Please complete the donation request form on this page. We review submissions regularly and will contact you if we’re able to participate.

How far in advance should I submit my request?

We recommend submitting your request at least 2–3 weeks before your event. This allows our team enough time to review and coordinate donations.

Do you donate to individuals?

At this time, we primarily support nonprofit organizations, schools, and community groups. Individual requests are typically not eligible.

What types of donations do you provide?

Depending on availability, we may offer:

Gift cards, Merchandise, Raffle or auction items, Event-related experiences, Other promotional items

All donations are provided at our discretion.

Do you donate to events outside the local area?

Priority is given to local organizations and community events. Requests outside our immediate area may be limited.

Will I receive confirmation after submitting?

You may not receive an immediate confirmation. If your request is approved, we will contact you directly using the information provided.

Does submitting a request guarantee a donation?

No. While we review every submission, we are unable to fulfill all requests.

How will I receive the donation if approved?

If approved, we will provide pickup instructions or delivery details based on the type of donation.

Can I request multiple donations for the same organization?

We may limit the number of donations per organization each year to allow us to support as many groups as possible.
