A light and refreshing American Wheat Ale with Mt. Hood, Mandarina Bavaria, and Mosaic hops.
A traditional Belgian White Ale brewed with coriander and orange zest. This RCBC classic is served with an orange wheel on the rim.
Inspired by the classic Boston Lager this beer starts out crisp and clean and finishes smooth and malty.
Our Flagship West Coast IPA. This filtered ale is citrusy and piney with a soft bitterness. Simcoe and Centennial are added in the boil while Cascade, Citra, and Amarillo are used in the dry hop.
American Stout with dark chocolate and espresso malt profile. Served on nitro, giving it a creamy mouthfeel.
Our American Brown Ale is characterized by it’s slightly roasty, nutty, and caramel notes.
This Hazy IPA is back and fresher than ever. Hopped with Sabro, Ekuanot, and Mosaic hops. Notes of citrus, blueberry, coconut, and papaya.
House Oatmeal Stout recipe aged on vanilla.
Classic American Light Lager. Light bodied with a clean, subtle hop finish, this beer is effortlessly smooth and endlessly crushable.
Your favorite Drizzle sour base conditioned on graham cracker and key lime juice to mimic a favorite springtime treat.
Doppelbock layered with deep malt characterfresh baked bread, toffee, and hints of dark fruit. All groove, no gimmicks.
House sour aged on Mulling Spices and Dark Cherries.
Belgian table beer aged in a white wine oak barrel. Light bodied and refreshing with notes of biscuit, sour fruit, and a touch of spice. Easy to drink, hard to replace.
Hazy IPA dry hopped with Ekuanot, Citra & Mosaic.
A smooth, easy drinking Irish Red with notes of caramel, light coffee, and a touch of roasted malt. Luck Me Gently is the perfect pint to celebrate good company and good fortune.
Our flagship Harvester Wheat gets a bright twist with fresh raspberry. This wheat ale is soft, smooth, and lightly bready with a twist of tart raspberry that keeps it crisp and incredibly drinkable.
